The Blackmail teaser had created quite a stir with a top nakedIrrfan Khanrunning on the streets with a makeshift mask. And to make the audience a little more excited, the trailer is here! The Blackmail trailer is here, and with it, we can again expect a smart dark comedy film in Bollywood. The trailer at least looks promising. In the trailer, we see Irrfan's character catching his wife cheating on him red handed. But, the guy tries to play it smart and instead of catching them red-handed, he blackmails the two for an amount of 1 lakh. The fun doesn't end there. He even pays 90% of the money himself! And there begins the madcap comedy where the blackmailer is now blackmailed. In the trailer, we see a lot of chases, confrontations and blackmailing of course. There seems to be some bloodshed too. And with the last line in the trailer, we really do not know what's going to happen! The film looks absolutely cut out for Irrfan Khan, and with his superb talent, he looks absolutely convincing as the blackmailer who is now being blackmailed.Kirti Kulhari will be seen as his wife, while Arunodoy will play her lover. The cast also has Divya Dutta and we missed Omi Vaidya in the trailer. The other striking part in the trailer was the music and was quirky. We just hope to find another smart comedy like Delhi Belly, now that Abhinay Deo is back at this genre. Check out the trailer here:

Ronnie Is Back!Back when Baaghi released in 2016, it became an instant hit. Not just did we love the new pair of Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor, but the fans also loved the romantic angle coupled with the high octane action sequences.Well, Tiger Shroff is back once again in his action guru avatar and this time hopefully once again he will be able to work his magic on the box-office. Well, at least the trailer makes us hopeful.Ronnie will this time fight for Neha, his college sweetheart and turn to a one-man army to find Riya, a little girl who is kidnapped. The entire trailer promises some top-notch action sequences. Tiger Shroff looks super fit and totally drool-worthy in that perfectly chiseled physique. The way he moves and kicks and punches looks absolutely perfect and we can't help but say wow at his moves.Disha looks pretty throughout the trailer and it seems that she will play a damsel in distress and probably won't have much action sequences for herself. But the part that totally blew our mind was the side characters and the cameos. There's not just Manoj Bajpayee, but Deepak Dobriyal, Darshan Kumar, Prateik Babbar (yeah, he is making a comeback) and Randeep Hooda! There are unbelievable sequences too, in the trailer itself, but overall this would be one film to look out for if you're a fan of action films. Sans the action and all the high end drama, by the end of Aiyaary, I felt that it was just a remake of, well, A Gentleman. The headline must have sounded ludicrous to you. I mean well, if you have just come out of Aiyaary, the two films are obviously different. The suspense in A Gentleman was resolved much earlier and well, there isn’t much angle of love or the death-defying action in Aiyaary. Also, the two films have a very different plotline, isn’t it?Well, then look closely. Were they really that different? Here are a few points that will prove that Aiyaary and A Gentleman are basically the same, except for Sidharth Malhotra and his same expressions:1. Sidharth Malhotra’s character goes rogue in both the films.Well, it is Sidharth’s character in both the films that decides to go against their superior and not follow their order.2. In both the films, Sidharth works in a group who existence is secret. While in Aiyaary, it is for a noble cause, in A Gentleman, it was for the benefit of one person.3. The main villain in both the films is an ex-Colonel who wants to sell Arms. While in Aiyaary, it was an ex-Army General, in A Gentleman it was illegal.4. In both cases, Sidharth’s character warns his immediate senior to leave all this and go somewhere. In AIyaary, it was more nuanced and the senior is the very talented Manoj Bajpayee’s Cl. Abhay Singh. In A Gentleman, it was Darshan Kumar.5. In both the films, Sidharth’s character gets to live free with his ‘girlfriend’.While the romantic angle in Aiyaary was silly, it had a lot to do with A Gentleman!6. Last but not the least, in both the films, Sidharth's character can change his look!Do you agree with the points? Let us know in the comments below. And if you have watched Aiyaary, do not forget to rate and review ithere.

We shot the song entirely in New York. It was nostalgic in many ways, the romantic, melodious song has been filmed beautifully.”Director Chakri Toleti said, “It was an absolute delight to shoot this song. Before the release of PadMan on February 9, Akshay Kumar has teased his next film Gold, and going by the looks of it, it seems he has another winner on his hands. The 1:07-minute teaser video presents Akshay Kumar as a gritty hockey player who wants to win the Olympic gold for India and not for British India. The year is 1946 when intends to change the course of history by presenting India as an independent hockey player nation on the world map.Directed by Reema Kagti, who has earlier directed Talaash, the film explores what it meant to be a patriotic player in the pre-independence era. The film also marks the Bollywood debut of TV actor Mouni Roy.It was earlier reported that Gold is a biopic on former hockey player Balbir Singh Sr. In an interview, producer Ritesh Sidhwani denied it being a biopic. He said, “It is not a biopic. It is a completely fictional story but it is set against a real backdrop between 1933-48 India about what the country was, the sports... About hockey. It is not based on any character.”Gold is scheduled to hit the screens on August 15, 2018.

The first trailer for Mission: Impossible - Fallout, the sixth film in the veteran action espionage franchise was released on Monday, during the Super Bowl. The two-and-a-half minute trailer gives us our best look at the film, which wasn’t even given a teaser until now.By the looks of it, Ethan Hunt’s actions over the last couple of decades have caught up with him -- the government that so often throws him under the bus is now being questioned, the family that he has ignored has returned, and the friends who stand by him may be having a crisis of faith. The trailer plays like a greatest hits version of the franchise, complete with the rock climbing and bike chases from Mission: Impossible II, the political intrigue from the first film, and airborne action from Mission: Impossible -- Rogue Nation. The showstopper this time is that there doesn’t appear to be one, but at least three action set-pieces in which Tom Cruise has put himself in harm’s way. There’s one in which he seems to be hanging out of a helicopter, another in which he’s jumping across London buildings (he broke his ankle shooting this scene), and then there’s the head-on collision between two trucks (shot from Hunt’s perspective) that is teased right at the end.Mission: Impossible -- Fallout features a cast full of returning players like Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Sean Harris, Alec Baldwin and Michelle Monaghan. Newcomers include Henry Cavill, Vanessa Kirby and Angela Bassett. The film is scheduled for a July 27 release and is directed by Christopher McQuarrie, who helmed Cruise in the previous MI movie and Jack Reacher.

First things first. Don’t confuse Veerey Ki wedding with Veere Di Wedding. This trailer is of Veerey Ki Wedding that features Pulkit Samrat, Kriti Kharbanda and Jimmy Shergill in lead roles. The other film, Veerey Di Wedding starring Sonam Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan, is still under-production.The 2:42-minute trailer of Veerey Ki Wedding starts with Veer (Pulkit Samrat) trying to imitate Salman Khan. He announces, “Main logon ki problem solve karta hoon,” (I solve problems). This is his life’s mission with a law-breaking elder brother Balli (Jimmy Shergill) watching his back. What is Jimmy Shergill doing in the film? After playing a mobster in Mukkabaaz, he is back to playing a guy waiting to get married since eternity. Basically, what he has been doing in Tanu Weds Manu, Happy Bhaag Jayegi and Tanu Weds Manu Returns. That wouldn’t come without him mouthing dialogues like, “Ladkiyon ke peeche nahi bhaagna chahiye, lautna mushkil ho jaata hai,” (Don’t chase girls, it gets difficult to return).Kriti Kharbanda’s Geet plays Veer’s love interest and that starts a war between their families. Meanwhile, Jimmy Shergill keeps delivering dialogues to impress the viewers. In fact, the highlight of the trailer is Shergill wishing to get married on the same day as Salman Khan and Rahul (he doesn’t mention Gandhi though).Ashu Trikha, who has directed films like Koyelanchal, Alag, Enemmy and Deewanapan, has wielded the megaphone for Veerey Ki Wedding which is going to hit the screens on March 9, 2018.On the other hand, Veerey Di Wedding is looking for a June 1 release.

Rating: 3.5It was Shah Rukh Khan's quest for honor and justice that made him get away with murder (well, literally!) and even bag all the sympathy in Baazigar .Now 25 years down the line, Madhavan gets his own Baazigar as he turns into a monster to save the life of his only son and goes on a murderous rampage across the city of Mumbai.Core pretext of Breathe was revealed in the promo itself. However, after watching the first four episodes of Season 1, you get an idea that there was so much little that was actually exposed in the promo. What you see is something that is exciting, exhilarating and breathtaking, which goes well with the title of Amazon's latest web series, Breathe.(Spoilers ahead) The character played by Madhavan understands that what he is doing to save the life of his son (Atharva Vishwakarma, adequate) is wrong and he is even willing to confess for his crimes. However, he is also sure that he would do that only after accomplishing the mission of placing his son on the top of the organ receiving list. While this means that donors start meeting with an unexpected death, the man who starts getting the sniff of this is an intelligent but emotionally broken cop (played quite well by Amit Sadh). In the midst of it all, you find yourselves playing the guessing game episode after episode. While the core subject ensures that what unfolds in front of you is a dramatic thriller, there are emotional moments played well too. The family scene is set fine and though there are Christian stereotypes staring at your face, thankfully it is not overdone after a certain point in time. Meanwhile, the back-story of the cop and his wife (Sapna Pabbi) doesn't really lend much of a suspense element and while you do go along with the play, somehow you want the needle of the drama to point back at Madhavan and his escapades.Nonetheless, what is interesting other than this are the many conversations that take place between Amit and his junior (Hrishikesh Joshi) as well as the other cops in the department. Yes, you have been a witness to this in several Ram Gopal Varma films (Ab Tak Chappan comes close) but still to have a Mumbaiya drama play in a web series is a nice way to be in touch with the Bollywood scene of things.Meanwhile, director Mayank Sharma (who has been an Associate Director on Table No. 21 and definitely knows his job) goes about ensuring that Breathe keeps building in momentum. Except for some of the back story elements that could have been tightened, he keeps the pace right as you follow Madhavan in his journey from one victim to another. Especially exciting is the entire sequence of events centered on the third murder which is that of an aspiring actress. You have to see it to believe it, and this is where the Baazigar reference comes across as the strongest too.Mayank is supported well by his composer Alokananda Dasgupta who keeps the narrative further exciting with her background score. As for the set design, cinematography, sound design and shoot at real locations, everything fits in well to give Breathe a polished look that could have well propelled the storytelling to the big screen as well.In that aspect, it is good to see Abundantia partnering well with Amazon to come up with content like Breathe which indeed fulfills its promise of taking Indian web series to the next level. As actors, the ever reliable Madhavan pairs up well with a confident Amit Sadh and now one waits to see how from this mid-point, the next four episodes play on.Do watch!
