    Remixes of old songs have become the flavour of the season. It started in the 2010s and had then caught on the trend. Nowadays, even not so old songs, like Coka Cola, are also being remixed to suit a film. While some people love the new groovy versions, some just can not take the fact that their favourite songs are being played with.

    Amongst them are many industry people as well, who has been a part of the original, who have been angered when their songs have been meddled with. Here are 5 recent remixed songs that have angered the people related to the originals:

    1. Mungda

    The song from Total Dhamaal, filmed on Sonakshi Sinha has been taken from Inkaar. The song has angered Lata Mangeshkar, who sung the original. The makers of Total Dhamaal clarified and said they really do not need permission to remix the songs. The song also attracted trolls from the netizens!

    2. Ek Do Teen

    Jacqueline Fernandez's Ek Do Teen from Baaghi 2 attracted mass criticism from everyone. The original choreographer, Saroj Khan was extremely unhappy and said that the entire grace from the song had been stolen!

    3. Main Tera Boyfriend

    When this song from Raabta was released, the singer of the Punjabi song, J Star was quite unhappy. He even thought of lodging a case against T Series, but the makers cleared that they had the rights to remix the song.


    4. Soch Na Sake

    This song from Airlift drew criticism from the singer of the original, Hardy Sandhu, who felt that he could have had sung the remix just like the original and there was no need to get the vocals from Arijit Singh.

    5. Special mention- Zingaat

    While the makers of original Zingaat, Ajay-Atul, also composed the Hindi version. But it was widely criticised for the choreography, even from netizens!
