Indoo Ki Jawani Song Dil Tera: Kiara Advani And Aditya Seal's Jazzy Number Is An Ode To Retro Bollywood

Kiara Advani and Aditya Seal starrer Indoo Ki Jawani is making all the right kind of noises with its music album be it the recreation of 'Sawan mein lag gayi aag' or the recently released track Dil Tera. Oscillating between the ’60s to 90’s Bollywood, Dil Tera has definitely nailed reacting iconic looks from each era and the jazzy retro number has a way of growing on you in the nearly three minutes track.

From recreating Shammi Kapoor and Sharmila Tagore’s looks from Kashmir Ki Kali, Praveen Babi from the disco era to Urmila Matondkar and Aamir Khan’s Rangeela looks the two stars in the song really take you back in time with the styling and choreography.

As for the song itself, Benny Dayal and Neeti Mohan’s smooth voices perfectly carry us through this retro track.

Indoo Ki Jawani hits theatres on December 11 after a considerable delay in schedule. The film is the story of a Delhi girl who finds herself a date on an app called Dinder and in a case of mistaken identity she finds herself giving refugee to a guy from Pakistan while news of terror attacks is making headlines on the news. The film is a romantic comedy helmed by Abir Sengupta.
