Jacqueline Fernandez’s Genda Phool: Badshah Now Targets Bengali Folk Song, Adds Lyrics That Goes ‘Bum Tere Gote Khaye’

Badshah is one of the most famous, or rather infamous, rappers that India has found. No doubt, he has given some of the crazy hits that we love to hear at the parties, but there are also songs to which he has committed a sacrilege, together with Tanishk Bagchi. Remember the Humma song and the outrage that followed? Looks like now he has shifted base and a Bengali folk song has come under his radar. We are talking about his latest single, Genda Phool that features him and the gorgeous Jacqueline Fernandez.

This song is a ‘Badshah version’ of the Bengali film song—Boroloker Biti Lo. Badshah, being the man that he is, has given his own touch to it. So right at the beginning of the song, you find gem of words like ‘Bum Tere Gote Khaaye’ and ‘Khelta nahi main cricket cricket/ Par le loon teri wicket wicket’. Classic Baadshah we tell you!

Honestly, probably the only thing good about the song is Jacqueline Fernandez, who looks gorgeous in the very Bengali ‘laal paar shaada saree’. Of course, she moves to impress.
