Romeo Akbar Walter Trailer: This John Abraham Starrer Spy Thriller Will Remind You Of Raazi!

In the past few years, Indian film industries has seen a surge in spy thrillers. Right from Naam Shabana to Phantom to Ek Tha Tiger and Tiger Zinda Hai and Raazi, spy thrillers have now turned to be a popular genre. And in 2019, it is time to brace ourselves for yet another spy thriller- Romeo Akbar Walter aka RAW, the trailer of which has hit today.

Well, John has established himself as a bankable actor with two hits- Parmanu and Satyameva Jayate last year. And now, he is back as a spy with Romeo, Akbar, Walter. The film is set on 1971 and after the making of Sehmat, we will see another spy being prepared of tackle an imminent war between India and Pakistan.

Thanks to the backdrop and also the sequence of events in the trailer, it would largely remind you of last year's one of the best films- Raazi. While we still have not seen a strong personal connect like Raazi, the trailer does look promising.

John seems to have toughened as an actor and looks amazing as the spy who has no name. He is being trained by Jackie Shroff.

The film also has Mouni Roy who will play John's love interest. The film also has Alka Yamin, who plays the mother. The moment she says, "Apni budhi ammi ka khayal rakhna", we are strangely reminded of Kedarnath and the fact that her son won't be able to take care of her.
