Transcending from a ‘thappad’, it would be layered and would try to hit home the point that love and respect are essential in a relationship. The first song from the film is here and just like the trailer, it is heartbreakingly beautiful.

    In the song, we see how Taapsee’s character is unable to go back to her life of marital bliss after she is hit one day. The song captures what she goes through after her entire relationship is shaken up with a slap. The song shows the conflict that the character goes through in the film before she decides to actually separate from her husband.
