Mahaakshay Chakraborty Accused Of Mixing A Sedative In The Victim's Drink

An FIR was lodged against the veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty’s son Mahaakshay and wife Yogeeta Bali on the charges of rape, cheating and causing miscarriage. According to the FIR the accused had raped her after having physical relationship with the victim for four years, promising to marry her.According to the victim, who has worked in the Hindi and Bhojpuri film they were in a relationship since 2015. She also added that she had to move from Mumbai to Delhi due to the threats made by Bali. The accused were denied pre-arrest bail by the Bombay High court presided by Justice Ajay Gadkari.

Now according to media reports the lawyer of the victim, Ravi Soni claims that she was drugged before the incident. He said, “They both knew each other for 4 years. Mimoh sexually harassed and cheated her. He mixed a sedative in her drink and forced himself upon her. He then promised her of marriage which he kept postponing for all these years and in the end refused to accept her. He even got their horoscopes matched but denied her marriage later.”

He further added, “The girl still wants to marry him but the Chakraborty family is not ready to accept her. So now it is possible that he might be arrested in one or two days.”

Despite the rape charges Mahaakshay is getting married on 7th July.
