Nick Jonas On His Met Gala 2019 Appearance With Priyanka Chopra Says, 'I’ll Keep It Simple And Let Her Shine'

The world got the first whiff of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ budding romance at the Met Gala 2017. The pictures of the two walking the red carpet together at the event took the internet by strom and while both Priyanka and Nick were just friends at the time, we secretly hoped and prayed that something happened between these two. Cut to today, our prayers have been answered and the couple is happily married and ready to walk down the Met Gala red carpet together one more time.

Nick Jonas went on to talk about the upcoming Met Gala at the premiere of Ugly Dolls and his costume plans have a lot to do with Priyanka Chopra. On being asked about if his costume’s ready for the event, Nick promptly answered that it is coming together. He futher added, “I am very excited, I love the Met Gala, it’s always a fun night, but Priyanka will set the tone and I am just gonna be there to support, so I’ll keep it simple and let her shine.”

It’s when he says things like this that make us melt on the spot thinking how great a husband he is. The couple will also be on the Benefit Committee for this year’s Met GalaThe Met Gala will take place on May 6 and this year’s theme will be, “Camp: Notes on Fashion”.
