5 Revelations That Karan Johar And Kajol Made On The Kapil Sharma Show!
The Kapil Sharma show has returned back to its top position and this time, the comedian can also boast of some of the best guests ever. Kapil Sharma is definitely going bigger and better in this season of his show. But yesterday’s show has been path-breaking in the sense that he got the couch master, director and producer Karan Johar along with his best friend and actress Kajol. In fact, this time, KJo faced the questions that he oft times poses to all his guests. Yesterday’s episode was about hilarious revelations. While we already knew about some, a few came as shocks to us. Here is a list of some of the best revelations made on yesterday’s episode of the Kapil Sharma show:
1. Kajol had a crush on Akshay Kumar.
Yes, you read that right. The duo revealed that Kajol had a huge crush on Bollywood’s Khiladi Kumar, Akshay! Karan revealed,
“I met Kajol at another party, at the premiere of Henna movie. Kajol had a big crush on Akshay Kumar and was looking for him at the entire premiere. I was with her. So, both of us were looking for him at the entire event. Though we didn’t find Akshay, it was the beginning of our friendship.”
2. When Kajol was close to being named ‘Mercedes’.
Kajol’s father believed that if other people could name their daughter after car companies, then why couldn’t he. So he had thought of naming Kajol Mercedes. We are just thankful that good sense prevailed.
Karan also revealed that his original name was Rahul, but it was changed after his 6th birthday!
3. Kajol forgets Karan’s birthday, every year
The BFFs also revealed that even though Karan and Kajol have known each other for years, Kajol forgets Karan’s birthday, every year. She either calls him in advance or after a day, but never on his birthday!
4. Karan’s love for colourful underwear
Kapil asked his guest Karan about a rumour that he had heard- about Karan packing several colourful underwear when he goes out. This left Karan embarrassed. He revealed that he is not a very big fan of doing laundry. So, for a 30-day outdoor schedule, he packs 30 underwear, all of which are colorful because he just loves them.
5. When Karan revealed about Kareena’s over-acting
Karan also revealed that Kareena Kapoor Khan sometimes love to over-act. In fact, while shooting for Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham, she once started to shout loudly while delivering her lines. When Karan cut the scene and asked what’s wrong, she apparently said that she thought she should be loud since there are a number of big stars in the film. In another instance, after the funeral shot was done in K3G, Kareena apparently asked Karan whose funeral shot it was! When he revealed in was for Amitabh Bachchan’s on-screen mom, she had revealed that she had cried a lot and shouldn’t have done so much.
