Bard Of Blood- Recently, SRK's Red Chillies Entertainment and Netflix announced a series based on the novel Bard of Blood by Indian author Bilal Siddiqui. The series is promised to be a high octane espionage thriller on the lines of 24 and Homeland.
Sacred Games- A venture of Netflix and Phantom Films, Saif Ali Khan will star in the adaptation of the book of the same name by author Vikram Chandra. Vikramaditya Motwane and Anurag Kashyap serve as producers while Nawazudding Siddiqui and Radhika Apte also appear in pivotal roles.
Selection Day- Netflix announced that it will adapt acclaimed author Aravind Adiga's (of The White Tiger Fame) book of the same name into a series. The series will focus on cricket and corruption and will be a coming of age tale told through the eyes of its 14-year-old protagonist.
Again- Netflix will also start production of a series titled 'Again'. The series is written by Marisha Mukerjee of Quantico fame and it will be a supernatural series based in New Delhi which will be anchored by a female lead.
Chhota Bheem- Netflix has also signed on with Chhota Bheem makers to produce exclusive series on Mighty Little Bheem's adventures which will be targeted at the preschool audience.
Also, Netflix is tying up with a lot of stand-up comedians in India and giving them their own specials.
