6 Reasons Why You Should Be Excited For Salman Khan's Tiger Zinda Hai
Salman Khan had promised a gift for his fans this Diwali. Now, we all know that the 'Bhai' of Bollywood is always true to his word and always fulfills the promises he has committed to (you may recall Wanted). One of the most awaited films of the year and maybe the most awaited for Salman Khan's fans, Tiger Zinda Hai is scheduled to release this on 22nd December. Here's the first look:
Any film featuring Salman Khan always manages to set the cash registers ringing and this is one of the prime reasons why the producers, distributors, and the theatre owners pull out all the stops for his films. Tiger Zinda Hai is the sequel to the 2012 blockbuster Ek Tha Tiger produced by Yash Raj Films and the film was the highest grossing of the year. Here are the 5 reasons why you shouldn't keep calm because it's a Salman Khan release:
Return Of Tiger- The film marks the return of Abhinash Singh Rathore aka Tiger, the super spy of RAW. The audiences were already familiarized with Tiger's traits, his previous missions and how seriously he takes his job. He's the ultimate patriot and the sequel will continue the story from the first film. The tagline in the poster sets the mood,'No one hunts like a wounded tiger."
Salman Khan- After the debacle of Tubelight, fans are hoping that Salman Khan will be back in form with this film and the producers and theatre owners are praying the same. A Salman Khan release is a festival in itself and Salman is also said to have left no stones unturned for his role as Tiger.
Katrina Kaif- The film also marks the return of Katrina Kaif as the ISI spy Zoya. Her character in the first film was well received and she'd also like to deliver a hit after her last 4 films flopped.
Ali Abbas Zaffar- He's on the director's chair this time in place of Kabir Khan. He directed Salman Khan in Sultan and the film went on to gross 300 crores in India and over 584 crores worldwide. Surely, the duo will hope the magic works again.
Bhai in Action- After a mellow performance in Tubelight, Salman Khan is back to doing what he does best i.e. kicking ass. All of his characters that have struck a chord with the audiences are the ones who beat up the bad guys, crack witty one-liners and romance the leading lady with their own swagger. It'll be interesting to see the action sequences of this film.
RIP Box Office- Everyone is looking to have fun during the Christmas-new Year Holidays and it seems like a gift to the Box Office. If the film is able to cast a money-spinning spell is yet to be seen but one thing is sure, the first 3 days are going to be huge.
