Party All Night (6 crores) – This was one super expensive party put together by the makers of Akshay Kumar’s Boss. The film was certainly a box office failure but the song played at every party ever since. Well thank goodness for that as the Sonakshi Sinha and Akshay starrer song shot in a club in Bankok for one half, with at least 600 foreign models dancing in the backdrop! The song sung by Yo Yo Honey Singh and was definitely a party starter! The song had a budget of whooping 6 crores!

Malang (5 crores)Dhoom 3 had this jaw dropping number staring Katrina and Aamir. The duo perform some impressive gymnastics. Also nearly 200 gymnasts were brought in from USA to perform in the song. The entire party trained atleast 20 days for the song and it turned out to be a super expensive affair! The song cost 5 crores entirely!

Tha Karke (3 crores)– If it is Rohit Shetty in the director’s chair it is quite understood that at least 10 cars are waiting to be sacrificed! This song was exactly that, with at least 10 luxury cars, 180 fighters and a 1000 backdrop dancers that song was shot over 12 days! You if are bad at mathematics let us tell you that the budget of this song from Golmaal 2 was 3 crores!

You might ask how did they manage to make it all that expensive? Well the sets of the song rose the budget significantly and made for a really expensive party!

Radha Nachegi (2.5 crores)– The song from Tevar was quite an expensive affair. Sonakshi’s lenga in the song was alone was reportedly worth 75lakhs! Now imagine how much the remaining grandeur must have cost!  The song was worth 2.5 crores to the producers!

Piya Ke Bazaar (2 crores) – The disappointing flick that Humshakals was all lot was invested in the project to make the film at least look impressive. For instance the star studded song Piya Ke Bazzar cost a whopping 2 crores!

Jalebi Bai (1.5 crores) – There was nothing quite dhamakedar about the multi starrer Double Dhamaal except for the song Jalebi Bai which got really popular. The song had Malika Sherawat dancing and was mostly shot in Macau and Goa. Some bit of the song remained for which the makers had to re create the entire casino set up in a studio in Mumbai. This considerably shot up the budget and the song cost a whooping 1.5 crores!

Special mention – All Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s eye popping songs. The director who has a nag for perfection has certainly never come out speaking about the grand budget for the lavish looking songs in his films, but we guess he never has to! The grand sets are a feast for the eyes be it Dola Re Dola, Dewaani Mastani, Nagade Sang Dhol, or Sawariya, each frame in the song is just picture perfect. If anything remains it is compensated by the perfect performances and attires of the stars! How much this perfection costs is only for you to imagine!
