    Here is who emerged as the winner when exes of Bollywood clashed at the box-office. Special mention for Raveena Tandon, who lost to not one but two exes.

Saif’s film ‘Go Goa Gone’ which happened to be India’s first zombie comedy clashed with Aurangzeb which had his ex-wife Amrita Singh playing a crucial role. While both films were not commercial hits, Go Goa Gone managed to earn a little bit more than Aurangzeb.

    Aurangzeb was not only a clash for Amrita against Saif but Aurangzeb’s leading lady Sasha Agha also clashed against her ex-boyfriend Ruslaan Mumtaz. Ruslaan’s film ‘I Don’t Luv U’ released on the same day as Aurangzeb. While both the films flopped terribly at the box office, Aurangzeb managed to earn a little more money than I Don’t Luv U at the box-office.

    This one was controversial. Even though Akshay Kumar was married to Twinkle Khanna, the news of his alleged affair with Priyanka Chopra created ripples in the industry. The two soon parted ways but had a faceoff with each other at the box-office when Priyanka and Shahrukh starrer Don clashed with Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan, and Preity Zinta starrer Jaan-E-Mann. While the Farhan Akhtar directorial, Don minted money at the box-office, the Shirish Kunder directorial totally tanked.

    This was one of the high voltage clashes of box-office in the 90s. Andaz Apna Apna, starring Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Raveena Tandon and Karishma Kapoor, which is considered a cult classic now clashed with Suhaag which had Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Karishma Kapoor and Nagma. Raveena was up against not one but two of her exes, Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn. It might seem surprising now, but back in 1994 Suhaag emerged as the winner against Andaaz Apna Apna and Raveena lost against two of her exes.

Akshay Kumar who came back to TV after 7 years after Khatron Ke Khiladi with ‘The Great Indian Laughter Challenge’ on Star Plus clashed with his ex-flame Shilpa Shetty and her show Super Dancer on Sony TV. Both the shows were launched on 30th September and had they were telecasted at 8 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Although it is difficult to ascertain who this battle of exes, we can say that Shilpa’s Super Dancer was a more popular show than Akshay’s The Great Indian Laughter Challenge
