Saaho Psycho Saiyaan Song: Prabhas And Shradhha’s Chemistry Looks Fun In This Weirdly Catchy Number

The first song from Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Saaho is here and we are intrigued. Being simultaneously made in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, this would be Shraddha Kapoor’s first venture down south. The film is being directed by Sujeeth and being Prabhas immediate outing after Baahubali 2 it is one of the most awaited films of the year.

The film will be hitting the screens on August 15^th and would be clashing with Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, and Taapsee Pannu’s Mission Mangal and John Abraham’s Batla House.

Coming back to the song, it is called Psycho Saiyaan and has been composed by Tanishk Bagchi and sung by Dhvani Bhanushali and Sachet Tandon. Here is what we thought about the song.

Generic Club Number

The video of the song seems somewhat disappointing. It is just another club song where the leads can be seen looking gorgeous, dancing up a storm and seducing each other in a snazzy looking club with white back up dancers and crazy lighting. We have been subjected to minor variations of this same sequence simply too many times now and our souls know that we are done.

It Is Catchy

Having said that, the tune of the loungy number is actually pretty catchy. One can clearly hear the generous use of auto-tune but even then the somewhat quirky lyric and a groovy beat might just be a success at the clubs.

Prabhas and Shraddha Has An Interesting Chemistry

Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor sure shares an interesting chemistry. The trailer was more focused on the high octane action content of the film and thus was not very clear if these two first time collaborators look compatible on-screen. Thanks to the song we now know that they do.
