Saif Ali Khan Talks About Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Twenty Years In Bollywood, Says ‘It’s Been A Brave Balance’

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan are undoubtedly one of the most loved couples in Tinsel Town. Although the two talented actors had already worked together in films such as LOC Kargil and Omkara, it was during the shoot of action-comedy Tashan that they fell in love. After living together for five long years, the love birds tied the nuptial knot in 2012 in a private ceremony. Today, they are happily married and proud parents to one of the most famous star kids in Bollywood, the adorable Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi.

The power couple has always been extremely supportive of each other’s careers. In fact, in a recent interview with Mumbai Mirror when Saif was asked about Bebo’s twenty-year long journey in the industry, he was all praises. He shared, “It’s been a brave balance between personal and professional life. It seems normal now, but it wasn't when she was doing it. Getting married (in 2012) was an apparent risk back then, but the balance has come from the kind of people she has looked up to professionally and personally, like Kajol and my mother (Sharmila Tagore). She is evolving with time and is a great mother, wife and a very reliable star. It's a huge contribution towards women and gender equality.”

Saif and Kareena rang in the new year 2020 in Switzerland with Taimur in tow. The couple was joined by Anushka Sharma, Virat Kohli and Varun Dhawan, Natasha Dalal and all of them together wished fans and followers across the globe. 

On the professional front, Saif is busy gearing up for his upcoming film Jawaani Jaaneman. The much-awaited father-daughter drama also stars Tabu and Alaia Furniturewala.
