Now, with her popularity, a successful debut and a superhit like Simmba in her kitty, it is safe to say that Sara is hot property at the moment. Not only is Love Aaj Kal one of the best performances of Saif Ali Khan, but it is also special because it was the first film that was made under Saif’s home production Illuminati Films. However, all those hopes are now dashed since Sara has opted out of the project. Even a role opposite her crush, Kartik Aaryan could not hold her back in the film.

Anushka Sharma’s Home Production

This was one film we were almost certain that Sara was going to do. She had reportedly given her nod to the project even before the release of Kedarnath. However, according to present reports, this untitled Anushka Sharma production is one of the 7 films that Sara has rejected.

Ashutosh Gowariker’s Period Drama

Yet another untitled film that Sara rejected was that of Ashutosh Gowariker period film. With films like Lagaan and Jodha Akbar, Gowariker is one director that any Bollywood actor would kill to work for. However, Sara had no qualms passing on this opportunity to work with him where she would have been cast opposite Arjun Kapoor.

Baaghi 3

Reportedly, Sajid Nadiadwala was really keen on getting Sara on board for this project. This would have also been Sara’s first partnership with Tiger Shroff. However, looks like she was not as thrilled about the prospects and thus said no to it.
