    The shooting of the scene was going on near the Athirapally Falls in Kerala and director SS Rajamouli was keen on casting newborn baby for the scene. However, the casting department was having a hard time trying to find a newborn baby. One of the Malayali production executives rose to the occasion and informed Rajamouli that his wife has recently given birth to their baby girl. Rajamouli was relieved and the baby was immediately cast as the infant Mahendra Baahubali.

    Well, the lucky child was quite literally born to play the role and will forever be an important part of the biggest motion picture in India.
