    Taapsee Pannu is one of the fiercest actresses in Bollywood right now and her career took a turn five years ago after she small but very effective performance in the Akshay Kumar film Baby. The actress had turned to Bollywood after a successful stint in Telugu films and made her Hindi debut in the comedy Chashme Baddoor.

    Celebrating the five years of Baby filmmaker Neeraj Pandey tweeted calling it a fun trip. Taapsee in turn shared his post and called it the film that changed her trajectory and added that her 7 minutes screen time in the action thriller made her career.


    In her tweet Taapsee wrote, “That one kick 5 years back changed the trajectory .... Who says a 7 mins screen time can’t make a career :) #5YearsOfBaby”.

    Post the film, Taapsee has starred in some very prominent critically acclaimed films including a prequel Baby, Naam Shabana. In 2016 her film Pink went on to win a National Award while in her other films like Saand Ki Aankh, Badla, Mission Mangal, Mulk, Manmarziyan the actress played strong roles that became the talk of the town.

    Having made a name for herself as a promising performer Taapsee is now gearing for her films Thappad and Haseen Dillruba.
