Homi Adajania’s buddy romantic comedy Cocktail is undoubtedly one of the coolest Bollywood films ever! It not only boasts of a splendid story-line and picturesque shoot locations, but also flaunts an extremely talented ensemble star cast, including Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, Diana Penty, Boman Irani, Dimple Kapadia and Randeep Hooda. Whether it was the friendship between Deepika and Diana’s characters, the sizzling chemistry between Saif and Deepika or the romance between Saif and Diana, every single angle in the film was super entertaining and a delight to watch.

As Cocktail clocks 8 years today, Deepika celebrated the special occasion by changing her social media handle name on Instagram and Twitter to ‘Veronica’, her character’s name. She even changed her display picture to a still from the film. Diana, on the other hand, shared a special video celebrating the milestone achieved by her debut film. The beauty also penned a special note which read: “Where it all began... thank you #DineshVijan #HomiAdajania @deepikapadukone #SaifAliKhan @bomanirani #DimpleKapadia for giving me one of the best experiences of my life #8YearsOfCocktail.”

While Saif is not on social media, we are sure he must be celebrating offline because Cocktail is undoubtedly one of his most loved films. Well, fans are now hoping to hear about a sequel to the super hit buddy film. We hope Homi Adajania is listening!
