‘83: Ranveer Singh Reveals Deepika Padukone’s First Look From Their Upcoming Film; Check It Out

One of the most adorable on-screen and off-screen couples of Tinsel Town, the beautiful Deepika Padukone and the very handsome Ranveer Singh are all set to share the big screen once again in the much-awaited sports drama ‘83. While the characters from the film were introduced in a special video earlier, Deepika’s first look has been under wraps for quite some time. Well, much to our delight, the wait is finally over!

Today, Ranveer took to his social media handle to reveal his wife and co-star Deepika Padukone’s first look from the sports drama and it will blow you away! For the uninitiated, while Ranveer will play the role of legendary cricketer Kapil Dev in the film, Deepika will portray the character of his wife Romi Dev. The two look absolutely adorable and made for each other in the still and the sweet caption reads: “The Wind beneath my Wings. The Heart of the Hurricane. @deepikapadukone #DeepikaAsRomiDev.”

Directed by Kabir Khan, ‘83 will follow Kapil Dev’s life and narrate his journey of how he became the captain of the Indian national cricket team that won the 1983 Cricket World Cup. The film also stars Tahir Raj Bhasin, Saqib Saleem, Harrdy Sandhu, Ammy Virk, Pankaj Tripathi, Boman Irani, Nishant Dahiya, Jiiva, Chirag Patil and Sahil Khattar and is slated to hit theaters on 10^th April.
