Zoya Akhtar’s 2011 film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara is not just a masterpiece, it’s an entirely different mood! Featuring an exceptionally talented ensemble cast including Hrithik Roshan, Abhay Deol, Farhan Akhtar, Katrina Kaif and Kalki Koechlin, it follows the story of three BFFs who meet up after many years to go for a bachelor’s road trip in Spain before one of them gets married. The film not only boasted of spectacular performances and picturesque locations, but also managed to set some pretty high friendship goals. It was truly one of a kind!
As Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara clocks in 9 years today, director Zoya took to her social media handle to celebrate the milestone with a special post. She shared a behind the scenes picture featuring her, Abhay, Hrithik and Farhan. They are all smiling as they look at a shot, except for Hrithik who has an intense expression on his face. Along with the snap, she wrote a caption which read: “I THINK WE GOT IT! #znmd #9yearstoday #besttimeever.” Well, this post gives us a good glimpse of how much fun they had together on the sets of the buddy film. Zoya went on to add more BTS pictures to her story. Take a look:

Within minutes the comment section was flooded with loving messages from fans and celebrities. Amongst others, Abhay and Hrithik also showered the post with love. While Abhay wrote: “Uff! I’d make this film all over again just be back on set”, Hrithik stated, “Things that make you wanna shout out “ “AAAI LOVE YOU GUYS !!!” Truly the best times ever .”
Well we are eagerly waiting to see the three amigos shine together on the big screen again!
