With the options to shoot at desired locations being limited for Bollywood during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the makers are innovating and making do what is available in order to wrap up pending projects. Aamir Khan too is likely to join the bandwagon of stars who are abandoning plans of outdoor shoats and is hoping to shoot remaining portions of Laal Singh Chadha in a studio according to reports.

Aamir Khan’s remake of the Tom Hanks film Forrest Gump has some 35 to 40% shoot remaining according to a Bollywood Hungama report and the actor is in not wanting to rush the project and is thus waiting for some tweaks in the script before shoot resumes in Mumbai.

A source quoted by the publication says, “Aamir and his director, Advait Chandan, have been constantly in touch with their visual effects team. They have explored a new technology to shoot indoors and the actor is now looking to complete the film in Mumbai. He will resume shooting once the requisite tweaking in the script is done.”

The source also suggests that the makers have no release date in mind as it might be a long process. The actor could go out to a place or two to shoot small portions if things get back to normal but till then the movie will be filmed in Mumbai with the aid of VFX.
