Aamir Khan Will Be Suitable To Play Grandmaster Vishwanathan Anand In His Biopic, Feels Producer Mahaveer Jain

It was announced a few weeks back that Aanand L. Rai is all set to make a biopic on Grandmaster Vishwanathan Anand. While there has been no official announcement from the filmmaker, producer Mahaveer Jain excitedly shared the news. The next big question was, who would play the chess champion in his biopic. Several reports have suggested that it would be essayed by none other than Dhanush. However, Mahaveer Jain has another opinion.

The producer feels that the only person who would be able to do justice to the film, and the grandmaster is none other than perfectionist Aamir Khan. Talking to Pinkvilla, he said, “The biopic of Viswanathan Anand is a very ambitious project for us. We are still working on the script and it is too early to comment on the casting. Personally, I feel Mr. Aamir Khan would be a suitable choice to play Viswanathan Anand. But it depends on many factors.”

Come to think of it, Aamir Khan would actually look great as Vishwanathan Anand, isn't t? But, we are also pretty sure that whoever would be chosen to do the film would obviously do great work, given Aanand L. Rai is a hard taskmaster!
