    Aashiqui Actor Rahul Roy Shifted From The ICU, Brother-In-Law Assures Actor Is Out Of Danger

    Aashiqui 2 actor and Bigg Boss contestant Rahul Roy suffered a major brain stroke last week while he had been shooting for an upcoming film in Kargil. The actor was airlifted and brought to Mumbai's Nanavati Hospital. His condition had been serious and the actor also suffered from Aphasia. Doctors had also said that his recovery would be slow. Now, we have learnt that the actor is out of danger.


    Talking to TOI, Rahul's brother-in-law, Romeer confirmed the news. He said, "Rahul is now out of danger." He also added that the actor is out of the Intensive Care Unit and has been shifted to a normal room. The doctors have also started his speech therapy and physiotherapy.

    Rahul had been in Kargil in the last few weeks, where he had been shooting for the digital film, LAC- Live The Battle. The film was being directed by Nitin Kumar Gupta and had Nishant Malkani in the lead. His condition worsened in Kargil, where he began experiencing confusion and was unable to form sentences. He then suffered a brain stroke and was immediately taken to the Military Hospital. After a CT scan there, he was airlifted and brought to Mumbai. We are praying for his speedy recovery.
