Abhishek Bachchan Confirms Wife Aishwarya And Their Daughter Aaradhya Will Quarantine At Home, BMC Notified

It’s been a rough several hours for the Bachchan family as four members have so far been tested positive for COVID-19 including superstar Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan who are presently admitted in the Nanavati hospital while Aishwarya Rai and Aaradhya Bachchan also tested positive for the virus on Sunday afternoon.

Abhishek Bachchan in a recent tweet has confirmed that his wife Aishwarya and daughter Aaradhya are COVID-19 postive but unlike him and his father will be in self quarantine at home. The actor also thanked his fans for the prayers wrote, “Aishwarya and Aaradhya have also tested COVID-19 positive. They will be self quarantining at home. The BMC has been updated of their situation and are doing the needful. The rest of the family including my Mother have tested negative. Thank you all for your wishes and prayers.”        

Amitabh and Abhishek are both reported to be stable in the hospital while BMC authorities have taken necessary action and sanitised all four bungalows of the Bachchans including Jalsa, Janak, Prateeksha, and Vasta. Aishwarya and Aaradhya are in Jalsa along with Jaya Bachchan who has tested negative.

Both actors will remain in the hospital till the doctors notify them otherwise.

Posters have been put up on the gates of all four homes of the Bachchans marking them all as containment zones will the area outside Jalsa has been barricaded.
