Abhishek Bachchan On 50 Years Of Amitabh Bachchan In Bollywood: “We Now Await The Next 50!”

Amitabh Bachchan is one of the biggest superstars India can ever have. He has been in the industry for half a century and is still ruling it like a boss. Amitabh Bachchan, or Big B as he is fondly referred to by fans, has managed to do what almost everyone in the industry strives for- to stay relevant all the times and the best part is that he does so effortlessly. Today, he has completed 50 years in the industry. Yes, he had debuted back on 7th November, 1969 with Saat Hindustani, a film that earned him a National Award! Needless to say, this day is important not just for Big B fans, but for the Indian film industry as well!

To celebrate the day, son and actor, Abhishek Bachchan posted an absolutely heartfelt message for his ‘Paa’. He shared a post with a monochrome picture of Amitabh Bachchan on social media and wrote, “Not just as a son, but as an actor and a fan... We are all blessed to witness greatness!
There is so much to admire, to learn and even more to appreciate. Several generations of cinema lovers get to say we lived in the times of BACHCHAN!!! Congratulations Pa on completing 50 years in the Film industry. We now await the next 50!
