    Bollywood's favourite 'masterji', ace choreographer Saroj Khan passed away today in Mumbai at the age of 71 years. She died due to cardiac arrest at around 2 am on Friday.

    Saroj Khan had not been keeping well. She was admitted to the Guru Nanak hospital in Bandra a few weeks back after she had complained of breathing issues. Her son had confirmed that she had been recovering. The choreographer was also suffering from severe diabetes. She is now survived by husband B. Sohanlal, son Hamid Khan and daughters Hina Khan and Sukyna Khan.

    Saroj Khan had choreographer many iconic songs like 'Ek Do Teen' from Teezab and 'DhakDhak Karne Laga' from Beta, both featuring Madhuri Dixit. She also choreographed Sridevi for 'Hawa Hawai' from Mr. India and Madhuri Dixit and Aishwarya Rai for 'Dola Re Dola' from Devdas. Her last piece of choreography was 'Tabah Ho Gaye' from Kalank. She was honoured with the National Award three times.

    According to India TV, Saroj Khan's mortal remains have been taken to the Ahle Sunnat cemetery in Malad. Family members have also reached the spot. Many Bollywood celebs have paid their last tribute to their favourite masterji. May her soul rest in peace.
