After Bharti Singh Her Husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa Arrested By NCB After Admitting To Consumption Of Banned Drugs

The Narcotics Control Bureau has now arrested TV personality Haarsh Limbachiyaa after his wife, comedian Bharti Singh was arrested on Saturday evening. Their arrest came after the NCB recovered 86.5 grams of Marijuana from their office and home combined during a raid.

Haarsh and Bharti were both detained by the NCB official after their properties were seared and arrived at the zonal office of the agency in South Mumbai in separate vehicles. During interrogation, they both accepted to consuming ganja.

An official from the NCB confirmed Haarsh’s arrest to ANI and said, “Haarsh Limbachiyaa, husband of comedian Bharti Singh, arrested by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). Singh was arrested yesterday. NCB raided production office & house of Bharti Singh y’day & recovered 86.5 gms of Ganja from both places. Both of them accepted consumption of Ganja.” 

Bharti Singh’s name cropped up on NCB’s radar during the interrogation of a drug peddler post which a raid was conducted at her home in Andheri on Saturday. The quantity recovered from the comedian residence is not of commercial quantity (less than 1000 grams) and is liable to a punishment of a jterm upto six months and/or fine of Rs 10,000.

The entertainment industry came on NCB’s radar after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput warranted their involvement in the case leading to multiple arrests and the questioning of many big names.
