After Bhumi Pednekar, Mr. Lele Co-Star Vicky Kaushal Tests Positive For COVID-19

The surge in COVID 19 cases in the last few days has left everyone terrified. While the number of cases is sharply increasing, the entertainment industry is getting the worst hit. Many cast and crew members of several films and TV shows are testing positive one after the other. The same seems to have happened with Shashank Khaitan's Mr. Lele, which was being shot since last week in Mumbai. After Bhumi Pednekar, who had been shooting for the film for a few days, had tested positive, her co-star Vicky Kaushal has also contracted the virus.

Vicky shared the news of his COVID test report via social media. The actor wrote, "Inspite of all care and precautions, unfortunately, I have tested positive for COVID-19. Following all essential protocols, I am under home quarantine, taking medication as prescribed by my doctor. I request all those who came in contact with me to immediately get tested. We hope that no other cast member, including Kiara Advani or the crew of Mr. Lele would test positive for the virus. We are also praying for the speedy recovery of both Bhumi and Vicky! Recently, stars like Akshay Kumar, Govinda and Bandish Bandits actor Ritwick Bhowmick have tested positive for the virus. Ajaz Khan, who was nabbed by the NCB, has also been hospitalised after testing positive.
