After Shakun Batra’s Next, Ananya And Siddhant To Star In Zoya Akhtar’s Film Alongside Adarsh Gourav

Filmmaker Shakun Batra’s untitled next starring Deepika Padukone, Ananya Panday and Siddhant Chaturvedi is undoubtedly one of the most awaited films. While not much is known about the project, it is being said that the film is a romantic drama revolving around two couples. Well, according to latest buzz, Ananya and Siddhant have now bagged another project together. The film will be helmed by Zoya Akhtar, who discovered Gully Boy actor Siddhant, and will also star Adarsh Gourav in the lead.

In a report shared by Pinkvilla, a source was quoted saying, “Zoya will be producing this film, while debutant filmmaker Arjun will direct the project. Not much is known about the movie’s genre as yet, but Siddhant, Ananya and Adarsh have agreed to star in the film and the paperwork is currently under process. The makers plan to take the film on the floors this year itself, however it will also depend on the Covid situation.”

Adarsh left the audience in awe with his spectacular performance in Ramin Bahrani’s film, The White Tiger. His acting chops made sure that he was not overshadowed even though he shared the screen with celebrated and talented actors like Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Rajkummar Rao. It definitely will be a delight to see him shine in Zoya’s next alongside Siddhant and Ananya!
