Yesterday, Sonakshi Sinha left us all shocked when she decided to take a social media detox. While the Dabanng actress has not quit Insta, she decided to deactivate her Twitter account to block negativity and maintain her sanity. Now, many others seem to be following her lead, and interestingly, all of them are celebs who are close to Salman Khan.

We are talking about Saqib Saleem, Salman’s brother-in-law and Loveyatri star Aayush Sharma and The Notebook actor Zaheer Iqbal. These stars have decided to give a break to social media, especially Twitter. Salman Khan’s co-star from Race 3, Saqib Saleem, addressed himself as an ex-lover of the playform and while he thanked him for the love and the followers, he wrote ‘Twitter and I are done’. Aayush Sharma pointed out how 280 characters are enough to spread negativity and fake news and that he did not sign up for ‘the nasty herd mentality’.
