Ajay Devgn And Abhishek Bachchan Celebrate 8 Years Of Bol Bachchan; Hint At A Sequel

Ajay Devgn and Abhishek Bachchan are undoubtedly two of the most versatile actors of the Hindi film industry. May it be action, romance or comedy, the two are absolute perfectionists in every genre! In fact, almost every time they shared the big screen the result has turned out to be a masterpiece. However, Bol Bachchan is definitely one of the coolest films that they have made together and deserves a special mention. Directed by Rohit Shetty, the action comedy released in theatres 8 years ago today.

Celebrating the special milestone today, Ajay took to his official social media handle to share a few behind the scenes gems which were clicked on the sets of Bol Bachchan. Along with these beautiful photographs featuring Rohit, Abhishek and also Amitabh Bachchan, who made a short but sweet appearance in the title track, Ajay wrote: “When the Bachchans speak, I listen(especially Amitji) #8YearsOfBolBachchan.” Well, a while later Abhishek replied, “Round 2, AJ. I’m ready!!!” Could the actors be hinting at a sequel? Well, we hope so!

Also featuring Asin Thottumkal, Prachi Desai, Krushna Abhishek, Neeraj Vora and Archana Puran Singh in prominent roles, Bol Bachchan is inspired from the 1979 super hit film Gol Maal. The spectacular performances and impeccable comic timing of each and every actor made this film a complete paisa vasool and we are eagerly waiting (and hoping) for any updates of a sequel. We sincerely hope Rohit sir is listening!
