Ajay Devgn Begins Shooting For Mayday With Amitabh Bachchan And Rakul Preet Singh; Film To Release In April 2022

Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh left the audience in awe with their chemistry in the 2019 film De De Pyaar De. Much to our delight, the two are reuniting on-screen for Ajay’s next directorial venture Mayday, co-starring superstar Amitabh Bachchan. This time, the two will be portraying the characters of co-pilots in the film. Well the team has begun shooting for the thriller drama in Hyderabad today.

Sharing the news on his official social media handle, Ajay wrote: “Happy to officially begin MayDay in a start-to-finish shooting schedule. Seek blessings from the Almighty and my parents. Nothing is complete without the support of all my fans, family and well-wishers.” The actor also announced that Mayday will hit theatres on 29^th April 2022. Take a look at the tweet right here:

Well, Ajay is going to be a busy bee thanks to Mayday and the many other exciting projects that he has in his kitty for the coming year, including Bhuj: The Pride of India, co-starring Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, Nora Fatehi, Sharad Kelkar, Ammy Virk, and biographical sports film Maidaan. Ajay will also be seen in special appearances in Rohit Shetty’s cop drama Sooryavanshi and S. S. Rajamouli’s RRR. Well, we are super excited!
