Ali Abbas Zafar To Create A Superhero Universe; Katrina Kaif’s Film And Mr. India To Be A Part Of It

Ali Abbas Zafar is all set to create a new benchmark in Bollywood. He would be collaborating with his friend Katrina Kaif for a superhero film. Yes, we are all set to have a female superhero! The director also revealed that the script for the film is ready and he has constantly been in touch with everyone- the cast and crew to discuss about the film. Now, he has made another revelation that will make your hearts race. This film wouldn’t be the only superhero film that Ali wwill work on. He is all set to create a superhero universe and the Katrina Kaif starrer and Mr. India along with two other films would be a part of it.

Yes, you read that right. In a recent interview with Mumbai Mirror, he revealed that he will create a superhero universe and also shared insights on the same. The Katrina Kaif starrer would be the first one, followed by Mr. India, which will ‘carry forward bits from Katrina’s film’. He said, “My third superhero is rooted in Indian mythology and the fourth comes from the Indian Army.”

He also revealed that his Mr. India would be nothing like the original. “ My Mr. India is neither a remake nor a reboot of the original film. It’s a completely new film, we are just calling it Mr. India. It is essentially about the common man fighting a mighty villain, but done in a cool, hip way, using science and technology and being relevant to today’s social scenario.”
