Ali Fazal roped in for Vishal Bhardwaj's next directorial? Here's what we know

It has been quite some time since we have seen Vishal Bhardwaj taking over the director's chair for a film. However, the time seems to have come. The director is all set to begin work on his next. In fact, looks like he has also found his lead actor.

If a report in Pinkvilla is to be believed, then the lead in Vishal Bhardwaj's next would be none other than Ali Fazal. A source was quoted by the portal saying, “Vishal will be directing an action-drama next, and has signed Ali Fazal for the same. This is the first time that Vishal and Ali will be working together, and they are really looking forward to it. Meanwhile, work on pre-production and casting for other characters is underway.” The source further added that the filmmaker is looking forward to take this one to floors by the end of the year.

Vishal Bharadwaj's son Aasmaan is also all set to amke his directorial debut. He announced his film Kuttey just a day back and it boasts of an ensemble cast that includes Naseeruddin Shah, Konkona Sen Sharma, Tabu, Arjun Kapoor and Radhika Madan. Meanwhile, Ali Fazal has Fukrey 3 too in the pipeline. We hope the official announcement is made soon.
