Alia Bhatt Rejects Dinesh Vijan’s Horror Comedy; Is Packed Schedule Of The Actress The Real Issue?

Alia Bhatt is currently one of the most sought after actresses of Bollywood. The star has wowed her with her performance and her choice of characters. She has nailed each character that she has played and it is but obvious that she would be one of the favourite for all the filmmakers.

Producer Dinesh Vijan also wanted to cast Alia. In fact, according to reports, he had met Alia and offered her a horror comedy. But looks like the actress turned it down. According to a source quoted by Pinkvilla, “Alia met Dinu and he offered her the movie, which has her playing the main lead. She had initially verbally agreed to come on board but now, the whole Coronavirus outbreak has put everything in a state of disarray. Alia and her team looked at every possible way of accommodating Maddock Films' next but they couldn't find a window and she had to say no to it.”

Well, Alia Bhatt does have a number of projects in their work front. She will be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi. She will make her south debut with RRR. She also has Brahmastra, Takht and Sadak 2. But if she could have said yes to Dinesh, it would have been really interesting, isn’t it?
