Alia Bhatt Rings In Her 28th Birthday At Karan Johar’s House Sans BF Ranbir; Ranveer, Deepika Attend Bash

One of the most adored and sought-after actresses of the Hindi film industry, the gorgeous Alia Bhatt is celebrating her 28^th birthday today. She rang in her special day at filmmaker and mentor Karan Johar’s Bandra residence last night sans boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor, who is currently under quarantine after testing positive for COVID-19. Ahead of the bash, makeup artist Puneet B Saini took to her social media account to share a glimpse of the birthday girl’s dazzling outfit. The actress looked like an absolute vision in a sequined black dress with a touch of red.

While boyfriend Ranbir could not make it, the star studded evening was attended by some of Alia’s closest friends from B-Town. Her 2 States co-star Arjun Kapoor and his girlfriend Malaika Arora arrived together whereas Gully Boy actor Ranveer Singh entered the venue in style, driving and posing for the cameras. Deepika Padukone, on the other hand, looked beautiful in white and Aditya Roy Kapur, Ayan Mukerji twinned in black. Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan and filmmaker Shashank Khaitan were also spotted outside.

Meanwhile on the work front, Alia’s first look as Sita from SS Rajamouli’s period drama RRR will be unveiled today on the occasion of her birthday. Other than RRR, the actress has two other exciting projects in the pipeline-- Brahmāstra with Ranbir and Amitabh Bachchan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi.
