Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt has won the audience over time and again with his spectacular vision through films such as Saaransh, Sadak, Arth, Footpath, Murder and Zakhm among many others. There’s truly no one like him! Well today the filmmaker is celebrating his 72^nd birthday and ever since the clock struck 12, fans have been showering social media with adorable birthday wishes. Well that’s not all. The filmmaker’s daughters Alia, Shaheen and Pooja also took to their official social media handles to make their father’s birthday even more special. While Shaheen penned an emotional note along with a beautiful childhood picture for her papa and her greatest ally, Alia shared, “I have nothing long or nothing wise to say today.. Mahesh Bhatt recently gifted the audience a sequel of his 1991 film Sadak, titled Sadak 2, which featured Alia, Sanjay Dutt and Aditya Roy Kapur. The film marked his return as a director after 20 years. We wish the filmmaker a very happy birthday and are eagerly waiting for his next project.
