Alia's Mom Soni Razdan Says Those Speaking Against Nepotism Will Also Have Kids: What If They Want To Join The Industry?

Alia Bhatt has been dragged once again into the nepotism debate and has recently been bashed alongside Salman Khan and Karan Johar by angry fans of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Reports have been doing the rounds that Sushant was suffering from depression and was banned by some producers which played a part in the actor taking the extreme step of ending his life.

Alia’s mother and actress Soni Razdan has now responded to her daughter getting trolled with a Twitter saying that those who battling against nepotism will they tomorrow refuse their kids if they want to enter the film industry?

Soni wrote, “The expectation that people have because of whose son or daughter you are is much more. Those who r ranting about nepotism today and who have made it on their own will also have kids one day. And what if they want to join the industry? Will they stop them from doing so?”

Her post came as a response to filmmaker Hansal Mehta's series of tweets saying that while stars kids will get a foot in the door due to their parents it’s their talent that should earn them a place in the industry and not airport looks, gossip or gym looks.

Not just Alia some farfetched theories have even named the actress’ father Mahesh Bhatt to have played a part in the actor’s tragic demise.
