Amitabh Bachchan Pens A Heartfelt Note For Angrezi Medium Actress Radhika Madan Appreciating Her Work

The gorgeous and very talented Radhika Madan is currently soaring high on the success of her latest release Angrezi Medium. Co-starring Irrfan Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Deepak Dobriyal in the lead, the film was stumped at the ticket windows as most theatres are shut due to coronavirus. However, the actors have been praised for their performances and the script received a big thumbs up from fans as well as critics.

As a cherry on the cake, Radhika recently received flowers and a hand-written note from Bollywood’s superstar Amitabh Bachchan, appreciating her work. The actress, who is now on cloud 9, shared a thank you post for the same which read: ‘I always used to imagine my door bell ringing after my film's release and a person standing outside saying "Amitabh Bacchan sir ne aapke liye phool aur ek note bheja hai" and me fainting right after that. Thankfully I didn't faint when I actually received it..I just stood there for a few seconds soaking it all in, teary eyed,in gratitude. Thank you for making my dream come true Sir.’

Directed by Homi Adajania and produced under the production banner of Maddock Films, Angrezi Medium is a spin-off to Irrfan’s 2017 comedy Hindi Medium. While Irrfan has played the role of a loving single parent, Radhika has portrayed the character of his on-screen daughter who dreams of studying in a London university.
