Amitabh Bachchan Quashes Reports Of Him Testing Negative COVID-19 Calls It 'An Incorrigible Lie'

Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan has been ailing from COVID-19 in an isolation ward at Nanavati hospital along with son Abhishek Bachchan who also tested positive for almost two weeks now. The 77-year-old actor has been active on social media a few days after his admission to the hospital and has been thanking his fans for their prayers and support.

For the first time after his admission to the hospital, a news report on TV claimed that the actor has finally tested negative for COVID 19. So far it had only been reported that both the actors are stable and showing mild symptoms but other details weren’t shared.

Within minutes of the reports of him testing negative hit social media, Amitabh Bachchan himself called the reports a lie confirming he has not yet been tested negative.

Aishwarya Rai and Aaryadhya Bachchan who also tested positive for COVID-19 a day after Abhishek and Amitabh, were in quarantine at home as they were asymptomatic. Only recently the actress and her daughter were also moved to the Nanavati hospital after the developed mild symptoms.

Jaya Bachchan who was also tested after the four members of the family contacted the deadly disease had tested negative.
