The coronavirus outbreak and the pandemic has caused many to go for a elf-quarantine in an effort to protect themselves. One such personality is Amitabh Bachchan who has imposed self-quarantine and is urging people to stay indoors and stay safe. This also means that he has become much more active on social media, yes, more than he already was. He has been communicating with people through it.

Amitabh Bachchan seems to have gone down the memory lane, all thanks to singer Harshdeep Kaur. Actually Kaur, who known for songs like Zaleema and Dilbaro, had sang her own rendition of ‘Taati Vaao Na Lagai..’ as the times have gotten difficult and written, “Taati Vaao Na Lagai, PaarBrahm Sarnaai…” It means, “The hot winds cannot touch me; I am sheltered by the Divine.” My mother sang it to me whenever I was scared.. Dedicating it to people around the world.. during this stressful time.” This made Amitabh Bachchan remember the time when he had shifted to Delhi from Allahabad. He remembers how his mom drove the car herself with him and his brother and sang this song on the way. He tweeted, “Thank you so much Harshdeep ji .. brought back memories of my Mother, who sang this to me throughout my early years .. and when we shifted from Allahabad to Delhi, she drove herself with my brother and me in our car from Allahabad to Delhi , just reciting 'taati vaao na lagai .." Well, Harshdeep Kaur was elated to receive the appreciation and wrote, ”Respected @SrBachchan Sir... Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful memories about your mother that are attached with this prayer truly humbled and touched by your appreciation. I feel so blessed. You’ve always inspired & motivated us!” Check out the tweet here:

Truly a perfect song for the testing times, isn’t it?
