Ananya Panday Roped In For Zoya Akhtar's Next, Film To Go On Floors This Year?

Ananya Panday seems to be on a roll. The actress is currently all set to begin shooting for Vijay Devrakonda starrer pan India film, Liger. Now, we are getting to hear that she is in talks for her next and it would be directed by none other than Zoya Akhtar!

Yes, you read that right. A report in Pinkvilla has mentioned that Ananya and Zoya have been in talks to work together for a film. A source claimed, “The film is presently in the pre-production stage so nothing much is known about it except for the fact that Zoya and Ananya have agreed to work together. Ananya is a big fan of Zoya and is looking forward to working with the filmmaker. The movie is expected to roll sometime this year.” It also added that the official announcement of this film would be made soon.

Well, while we would eagerly wait for the announcement, we do hope that this becomes reality. Zoya is known to tap out the best from actors and we might be able to see Ananya's full potential. Apart from Liger, Ananya would also be seen in Shakun Batra's next which is yet to be titled alongside Deepika Padukone and Siddhant Chaturvedi.
