Ankita Lokhande Gets Trolled For Diwali Post With Boyfriend Vicky Jain, Asked: ‘Justice For Sushant Singh Rajput?’

Diwali 2020 also marked five months since Bollywood lost actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Justice for the deceased has been a nation cry since the news of his death came out and Ankita Lokhande who had once dated the actor had been a vocal supporter of the movement and the late actor’s family.

The Manikarnika actress on the festive occasion shared pictures with her beau Vicky Jain and it gave several of her followers the impression that she’s forgotten all about seeking justice for Sushant and moved on.

On her picture with Vicky from their Diwali celebrations captioned, "Mere tumhare sab ke liye happy Diwali (sic)", several fans trolled the actress leaving hurtful remarks in the comments like, ‘Aapke liye happy diwali hogi hamare liye diwali for ssr,’ ‘Justice for Sushant Singh Rajput?’ and ‘she has forgotten SSR’.

Ankita Lokhande remained silent on social media for an entire month after Sushant Singh Rajput’s death in June. She finally broke her silence on social media after the late actor’s family filed an F.I.R in the matter alleging that the actor’s suicide was abetted. Ankita stood by Sushant’s family who had blamed the actor’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborthy for his death and continued pushing the social media movement demanding justice for Sushant for a while.

The CBI still continues its investigation in the case but the larger media interest on the matter has shifted onto the many other controversies the case sparked.
