Anupam Kher Meets Neetu Kapoor In Chandigarh After Rishi Kapoor's Demise, Happy To See Her Get Back To Work

Veteran actor Anupam Kher met Neetu Kapoor in Chandigarh yesterday after the demise of actor Rishi Kapoor. The veteran actor later uploaded a picture with the actress and her late husband from their days in New York and expressed how their meeting triggered some fond memories from their time in the U.S.

Reminiscing the time the three of them spent in New York where Anupam was working while Rishi Kapoor was undergoing treatment the actor wrote, “Dearest @neetu54!! Meeting you last night in Chandigarh without #RishiJi triggered off so many memories of us together in New York. Our shared tears made the bond of those moments stronger. These pics are a reminder of how #ChintuJi had a larger than life persona.”

Neetu Kapoor is in Chandigarh to shoot for her upcoming Jug Jug Jiyo along with Anil Kapoor, Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani. Anupam in his note expressed how happy he was to see her get back to work and added, “You have made him the happiest person by doing so. We, your friends are always there for you. Remember "There are some relationships which are like a pause button on a tape recorder. They always start from where you left them!" Love and prayers .”

The actress had only a few days ago posted a picture from the set expressing how she was a ‘little scared’ getting back on set after so many years.

Rishi Kapoor died in April 2020 after battling leukemia.
