Anurag Kashyap Has Named His Next Venture Choked And This Is The Reason Why

Director Anurag Kashyap has already started his next venture under the name of his new company named as,’ Good Bad Films.’ The title of this new venture from the new company is,’ Choked.’ Malayalam actor Roshan Mathew would be playing the male lead and Saiyami Kher will be pitted opposite him.

A few days ago, an insider from the sets shared a picture with a clapboard that shows the name of both, the production house and the film. On top of the clapboard is the name of the production house, Good Bad Films. Below it in huge red letters is the name of the film, Choked. Below that is Anurag Kashyap’s name in the place of director and Sylvester Fonseca is the DOP.

The writer of the film Nihit Bhave exclusively tells Desi amrtini why the film is title Choked', "The film is called Choked and it’s about two people who are suffocating in a relationship, trying to breathe. Hence the title." 

Choked has completed its initial stint of a little less than a week. "The shoot was canned at 17^th road Khar a building which is said to have gone under-development. The shooting was canned here as the building is free of any inhabitants here.” The source further revealed, "This building is empty  without  any residents, thus  being kept under the vigilance of a sole watchman, what happens here forms the major crux of the story."

As mentioned earlier in the article, the next schedule of the film is being shot in Kerela. "The film’s shoot is going on at a blitz Krieg speed as the makers wish to complete the film in just 3 months." Concludes our source.
