If you have ever mistaken Aparshakti Khurana for his brother Ayushmann Khurrana or vice versa you’d probably be happy to know that it happens pretty frequently. The two brothers who bear an uncanny resemblance and Aparshakti has in fact faced instances in real life too where Ayushmann’s fans mistake him for his brother.
If you’re wondering what Aparshakti’s reaction to these frequently occurring instances is then you’d be happy to learn that he doesn’t mind it one bit. Reacting to being mistaken for Ayushmann in real life Aparshakti told ETimes, "Yes, that has happened. But I quite enjoy it. Just proves that Ayushmann and I are real brothers."
For brothers who can easily pass off as twins on-screen if they ever decide to do a film together, you’d be surprised to learn that Aparshakti’s first idea of a career wasn’t acting at all. Before turning to acting the star from Stree enjoyed a brief phase as a lawyer and then as a cricketer before he eventually found that he wasn’t at peace with both those choices. He eventually found him passion in theatres which finally led him to films.

Recalling the turning point in his journey as a professional Aparshakti told the publication about his Dangal audition, "I had auditioned for the scene where I am telling Aamir sir and Sakshi Tanwar ma'am ki 'Commonwealth ka mamla hai chance nahi le sakte, medal yahin aana chahiye'. I happened to shed a tear (not in the script, apparently) while saying that line and it had happened naturally.Ho sakta hai because I was a failed sportsman."
Well, as audiences we couldn’t be more glad to have both the bothers who are full of surprises entertaining us as actors!
