Arhaan Khan On Rashami Desai: ‘Why Didn’t She Admit About Live-In Relationship During BB When I Asked For The Keys?’

Rashami Desai and Arhaan Khan had been in a relationship for a year and a half, but that came to an ugly end during Bigg Boss 13. The two have been grabbing headlines even now due to their fight. While Arhaan had said that he had pulled Rashami ‘from the road’, Rashami has now claimed how she had been ‘funding’ herself and Arhaan throughout their relationship. She has also revealed that they had been in a live-in relationship and that she is proud of it because it was her house. Now Arhaan has opened up about his relationship to Rashami and about the ongoing controversy.

Arhaan has not just claimed that Rashami is insecure, but has said that she is playing the woman card to gain sympathy. Talking about Rashami’s claims that she had gifted him a phone and that’s why her fingerprint was secured on it, he said that it was because of her insecurity and possessive nature that she kept her fingerprint on his phone to access it. He claimed to have bought the phone himself.

He also said that while Rashami accepted that they had been in a live-in relationship now, she could have done so in the Bigg Boss house when he asked for the house keys after being evicted. He also clarified that his family never stayed at her place. He said, “Let me make it clear that my family has never stayed at Rashami’s house. The reason is that they were against my relationship with her. I have maintained silence on the topic because I didn’t want to wash dirty linen in public. For Rashami, it could be a way to be in the limelight. She announced the break-up in the media, rather than being mature about it and telling me first.”

He also talked about the ongoing controversy, wherein he had been accused of withdrawing money from Rashami’s account without her knowledge and said, “She blew the issue of cheques out of proportion and accused me of siphoning off Rs 15 lakh from her account. You see, I can’t withdraw any money from her account if I don’t have a cheque signed by her. I couldn’t have signed it on her behalf. As far as the unknown transactions amounting to around Rs eight lakh is concerned, it has gone to Rashami’s chartered accountant. I have all the proof to substantiate my claim. I acted on her instructions and sent these cheques to the people she had asked me to, before she left for ‘Bigg Boss’. I have also shared the details with her. These are baseless allegations, either to malign and defame me ya khud ko Sati Savitri bataane ke liye. She is playing the woman card to gain everyone’s sympathy. This is what she did even inside the house.”
