Among other celebrities, Arjun Kapoor took to his social media handle today to remember his last conversation with Sushant. He shared a screenshot of their last chat in which Arjun had congratulated the actor for his film Kedarnath and had mentioned that Sushant’s late mother is watching and is proud of him. Along with the post, Arjun penned a heartbreaking caption sharing that he did not know Sushant well enough even though they crossed paths many times at YRF and events, and can’t say that he understood what made him make this choice. But Arjun understands the pain Sushant felt on losing his bearings and feeling that void of his mother.

Arjun ended his caption with a very important message which we all should read and truly understand. He wrote: “We will all wonder & try & make sense of what happened today. I just hope & pray that when the circus settles down we as a society in due course realise ur choice wasn’t driven by one singular moment or thing but a culmination of so much that defines a human being not just by the profession u were in.”

We hope you find peace Sushant. We miss you.
