Atrangi Re: Dhanush, Akshay Kumar, Sara Ali Khan Starrer To Resume Shoot In October

It looks like things are making its way to the normal, especially for the film industry. The shoots had resumed in Mumbai quite a few weeks back, but with the Bachchans contracting the novel virus, fear had gripped the industry. While the Bachchans are now recovering at Nanavati Hospital, new schedules for shoots are also being made. Now, we are getting to hear that the shoot of Aanand L. Rai's Aatrangi Re will resume in some months.

The filmmaker has confirmed the news and said, "During this lockdown, I've taken out a lot of time to prepare for the upcoming schedules of 'Atrangi Re'. I'm really excited to start the next schedule, which is planned to happen in Madurai, October onwards, and then with Akshay for a month in Delhi and Mumbai, with all safety precautions in place, of course."

This also implies that Atrangi re will be one of the first films to be shot in real locations instead of studio set-up, which is now being followed. The director also added that he would try to wrap up the shoot as fast as possible.

Akshay Kumar would soon be busy with the shoot of Bell Bottoms. The team would be flying off to UK in August in a Chartered Flight to shoot. Atrangi Re is set to be set in two different eras and Sara Ali Khan will be a part of both the eras!
